All handbags sold through the Store are handmade and may have slight variations in design, size, or color due to their unique nature.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via the Store. By completing the checkout process, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store payment details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Finland and Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary depending on location, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Returns and Refunds

As a consumer under Finnish and EU laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at withloveadaia@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Any agreements or specifications for custom orders must be confirmed in writing.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
